Back Announcement Definition: In broadcasting, when the presenter gives viewers or listeners brief information about something they have just watched or heard, for example the name of the reporter or of the piece of music which was just played.
I say: This means Back announcement is the gap between the songs that tell you a bit about the song just played eg "That was a song by Rihanna, ... " This improves the radio show because it tells the listeners what the song is called and who its by. This will help if its a new song that's recently been released.
